The Magic of Planking

Have you ever experienced the wonderful smoky flavour of cedar planked salmon? The salmon cooks in it’s own juices making it deliciously moist. This simple method of grilling solves the difficulties normally associated with barbequing fish, with the added benefit of the flavour being enhanced with the sweet smoke from the cedar plank.

The Team has returned from the 2008 Canadian Open BBQ Championships in Barrie Ontario as the Grand Champions for the third year in a row!.
