The Magic of Planking

This simple method of grilling solves the difficulties normally associated with barbequing fish, with the added benefit of the flavour being enhanced with the sweet smoke from the cedar plank.

Team Cedar Grilling

We are extremely excited to be sponsors of the non-profit competition barbequing team known as "Team Cedar Grilling" and the ongoing success that they have enjoyed so far.

The Team has returned from the 2008 Canadian Open BBQ Championships in Barrie Ontario as the Grand Champions for the third year in a row!.
