Cedar Grilling Rib Rub

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs (30 ml) dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbs (30 ml) sweet paprika
  • 1 tbs (15 ml) fresh ground pepper
  • tsp (2 ml) cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
  • 2 tbs (30 ml) kosher coarse salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) celery seed
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Excess rub will keep for several months in a sealed dry container.
