Are the cedar planks re-usable?
Yes. If the planks have not been burned too much through
direct grilling, they can be cleaned and sanitized in the dishwasher and reused many times.
Many recipes call for indirect grilling and this will prolong the life of the planks.

Most of the pictures on this website may be viewed in a higher
resolution by clicking on them.
